We work across Greater London, with a particular focus on SW, W and NW postcodes. Our studio is based in SW20. For projects further afield, get in touch — we're often willing to travel for the right brief.

Projects range from £50,000 kitchen refits to multi-million-pound new builds. As a rule of thumb, if your budget is under £30,000 we'll happily recommend a trusted smaller contractor from our network.

Yes. Every quote is line-itemed and fixed. If the scope changes mid-project (or you find something behind a wall we couldn't have known about), we agree the variation in writing before any additional work begins.

A rear extension typically takes 12–16 weeks. A full renovation, 4–7 months. A loft conversion, 8–12 weeks. We commit to a programme at quote stage and report against it weekly.

Yes. HABuildSmart carries £5m public liability insurance and £10m contract works insurance. Our team members hold current CSCS cards and relevant trade accreditations.

We do. We coordinate directly with your architect (or introduce you to one of our trusted partners), and manage planning submissions, party wall notices, and building control sign-offs on your behalf.

Every project comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something's not right, we come back and fix it. It's rare, and when it happens, we treat it with priority.

For loft conversions and side-returns, usually yes. For full renovations, we recommend moving out — we're happy to help you plan around a phased approach if staying is important.

A modest deposit secures your slot in our schedule. The balance is paid in agreed stage payments against completed work — never up front.
