Discovery call
A relaxed 20-minute conversation on the phone or by video. We ask about the property, the ambition, the timeline, and the budget you're planning against. No pitch, no pressure — just a listen to see if we're the right studio for you.

Site visit
We walk the property together. Measurements are taken, existing services assessed, and constraints noted (party walls, conservation status, access). You meet the person who will run your project — not a salesperson.

Line-itemed quote
Within ten working days you receive a proposal that lists every stage, every trade and every material with its unit cost. No lump sums, no 'provisional'. You see exactly where every pound is going.

Design & finishes lock-in
Drawings, joinery details, tile choices, tap specifications, paint colours — all signed off before we begin. This is what allows us to hold the fixed price. Late changes cost time and money; front-loaded decisions save both.

Build
Work begins on the agreed start date. You have one project manager and a WhatsApp channel for daily questions. Every Friday you receive a photo report, an updated programme and a running cost sheet. Sites are cleaned to a domestic standard, every day.

Handover & aftercare
Before we invoice the final stage, we walk the property with you and produce a joint snag list. Nothing outstanding, no shortcuts. Your build then carries a written 12-month workmanship guarantee — direct with us, no small print.
